Services
 

I offer a range of services for a variety of situations, including trauma, mental illness, domestic violence, stalking, chronic pain, LGBTQ+, victims & plaintiffs in the legal system, carers & loved ones, suicidal ideation, mental health & wellness & life coaching. Further information can be found on each of these by using the drop down menu under the services tab above. Each course is customized to the individual's needs and wants and offered at a weekly rate that is determined during the free consultation.

Fictional Writing

 

When done properly, fictional writing can be a powerful way to explore issues, stuck points, emotions and other things you might be struggling with. Fictional writing uses other pathways in the brain which can often help you gain new perspectives, insights and even breakthroughs! You do not have to be creative, nor a writer to benefit from fictional writing!

Non-Fictional Writing

 

Similar to fictional writing, non-fiction writing uses specific writing prompts to help you explore issues, stuck points, emotions and other things you might be struggling with. Like its counterpart, writing utilizes other pathways in the brain often leading to new perspectives, insights and breakthroughs! Again, you do not have to be a writer to benefit! from writing!

Art

 

Art can be a powerful tool in processing and exploring different issues, emotions, stuck points and other things you might be struggling with. Using art helps you approach things from a different perspective which can often lead to increased clarity, coping, insights or breakthroughs. You do not need to be an artist  to benefit from this. It is the process of creating art that matters - not the end result!

TV/Movies & Books

 

Frequently we find that we relate to different TV shows, movies or books, either loving or hating them, but we may not know why. Even if we do have insight into how we relate to them, exploring that connection, in addition to your own issues, stuck points, emotions and other challenges, can often bring new insights, clarity and  breakthroughs!

Specially designed "step" programs

 

Through my own experiences, education and knowledge, I have created several programs, that involve a series of steps to help you overcome various challenges, including eating disorders, trauma, domestic violence, chronic pain and more!
