Stalking
Being stalked, whether it's by someone you know or a complete stranger, is terrifying, traumatic and extremely mentally taxing. Even if you are no longer being stalked, it can have a lasting impact on you and your ability to feel safe and happy. Through weekly writing assignments and processing those assignments, we will explore the impact that the stalking has had/is having on you, the conscious and unconscious stuck points, thoughts and emotions to help you process the trauma and heal.
Additionally, I also offer comprehensive and individualized safety planning based on the method outlined in my book "Safe House - A New Approach To Safety Planning." Together, we will design an extremely comprehensive safety plan based on your individual circumstances to help you stay as safe as possible.
